Sales Data Provision
As a condition for the continued receipt by any Canadian wholesaler or distributor of SANDOZ products, effective immediately, such wholesaler or distributor shall both (i) report all of its sales of SANDOZ products (including historical sales) to SANDOZ CANADA INC. or to any third party designated by SANDOZ CANADA INC., and (ii) consent to the reporting to SANDOZ CANADA INC. of this sales information by any such third party designee. Such wholesaler or distributor shall provide this sales information to SANDOZ CANADA INC. or to the SANDOZ designee in a format and at such intervals as specified by SANDOZ CANADA INC. or by SANDOZ’s designee in writing from time to time. Any such sales information received by SANDOZ CANADA INC. or its designee shall be held in confidence and used solely by SANDOZ CANADA INC. for the management of its trade terms and sales policies in compliance with all applicable laws.

Payment Terms
Net 30 days.

Minimum Order
Ground transportation charges are paid by SANDOZ CANADA INC. on orders totalling $100 or more. A charge of $10 will be added to invoices for orders less than $100.

Warranty
The products manufactured and distributed by SANDOZ CANADA INC. are formulated, prepared and packaged according to high quality standards and conform to government requirements and pharmacopeial standards where applicable.

SANDOZ CANADA INC. guarantees the identity, activity, purity and stability of the ingredients used in the manufacturing of its products and the competence used in their preparation.

GST (Goods and Services Tax), QST (Quebec Sales Tax), HST (Harmonized Sales Tax)
The GST/HST registration number is 863293510RT. The QST registration number is 1200519422. The GST/HST and QST amounts (when applicable) will be shown separately for each item.

Return Policy
SANDOZ CANADA INC. credits returned products under the following conditions:

1.	Only MedTurn and authorized distributors can accept returns for SANDOZ products in accordance with their own policy.
2.	Unless contractually agreed otherwise, hospital members of the McKesson Distribution Partners (MDP) network must process SANDOZ product returns through MDP according to the applicable return policy.
3.	All direct sale returns sent directly to SANDOZ Head Office must be pre-authorized by SANDOZ. Once authorized, products must be returned on a prepaid basis.
	3.1	Products must be returned accompanied by a detailed list of the returned items and notation of the authorization number supplied by SANDOZ.
	3.2	Products must be returned within 12 months after expiry date, in the original package with intact labels.
	3.3	Products returned within 12 months after expiry date will be credited 100% of the invoiced price. No returns accepted after 12 months expiry.
4.	Claims for loss, damage or waybill errors must be made to the transportation company.

6.		Products damaged by fire, smoke, heat, or water resulting from a fire or other insurable hazards.
7.		Products purchased from a bankruptcy sale, going-out-of business sale, fire sale, or other merchandise generally considered under the classification "Distress Merchandise".
8.		Merchandise of good dating unless ordered or shipped in error. For exceptions contact your Sandoz Regional Sales Manager.
